Communication Problem Reporting for Residence Halls

Student Voice and Data Service Information

 I.          Telephone and Voice Mail Services

Belmont Abbey College, Information Technology (IT) is responsible for telephone services (local dial tone and voice mail) for the residence hall rooms.  In addition, they oversee the communication cabling for voice and data services. Your telephone number and voice mailbox number are the same and are assigned by room.  Check IQ. Web (under online directory search) or contact Residence Life for your campus address and telephone number.  Information on how to set up voice mail is in another document and can be found on the IT website.

A.          Telephone Troubleshooting
